OUR SOLUTIONS

How can we help you?

At Wheatley Dias Consulting, we deliver tailored solutions that combine technical rigor, strategic insight, and local relevance. Whether supporting grassroots initiatives or global programs, our services are designed to help organizations thrive with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact.

Rapid Health System Assessment

We rapidly assess health system performance, identifying critical gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to strengthen service delivery or transition partner implementation to government management. Our evidence-driven approach examines health system capacity, governance, workforce, and resource allocation to generate actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions and program investments.

Health & Nutrition Strategy Development

We partner with governments, donors, and implementing organizations to develop evidence-based health and nutrition strategies aligned with national priorities and global best practices. From situational analysis and stakeholder consultation to strategic planning and results frameworks, we translate complex challenges into practical, measurable, and context-responsive action plans.

Outbreak Preparedness Review

We assess outbreak preparedness and response capacity to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen coordination, and improve readiness for public health emergencies, such Ebola and cholera outbreaks and severe malnutrition and hunger. Our reviews examine surveillance systems, response protocols, institutional capacity, and coordination mechanisms, delivering targeted recommendations to strengthen resilience and support timely, effective responses.

MEL System Strengthening

We design and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems that turn data into actionable insights and measurable results. From theories of change and indicator frameworks to data quality assurance, performance monitoring, and strategic learning, we help organizations generate credible evidence, adapt implementation, and demonstrate impact.

Proposal Development Support

We help organizations transform promising ideas into compelling, technically robust, and competitive proposals. Combining strategic analysis, evidence-based program design, results frameworks, and clear methodologies, we support clients to articulate their value proposition and develop persuasive submissions aligned with donor requirements and funding priorities. Extensive experience with USG, FCDO, ECHO and UN funding.
